Public Works as a Economic Stimulus= Bad Idea

    Its all over the news right now , " New projects will be instuited to get people back to work" " This is it, this is the soultion" ... But is this really the soultion? I dont think so, but then I am looked at a anti- job creator person. But let me explain why this public works dont work.  

   Public WORKS projects as a Economic Stimulant is like putting out a fire by using gasoline( public works) and shooting the firemen( tax payers and small bussiness owners)  This Public Works acts were the main conecpts in the Summer of Recovery. Let me tell what it is. Public works is the government funding of the construction of roads, bridges,  tunnels, etc… and did I say government funding? Oh no the tax payer, imagine? Now this is indeed needed when roads go bad and bridges they need help but when they the roads are fine, this is all a waste  resources and tax dollars and time. Let me give you an example, and bridge is 50 million. Where did you get that money? Tax payers (I will go in later on how the government gets money without you) So the government stole 50 million from you and me, even though it seems small on a large scale it is a difference. The money that was taken out  of your pocket  was money you could of spent on stimulating the economy by buying a car, food, etc… Now let’s say that project makes 100 jobs, great, but wait, the project ends in  4 months so we will back in the  same place but worse. And in essence  we lost 100 private sector jobs that would of came from expanding small business, which would last longer since more people buy their products. It is quite simple but the government doesn’t understand. The more we do this the worse it is going to get. There will be a show on this on Monday on my radio show Insane Government.
